SHIPPING

Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible, on every Monday of the week.

All products sold at www.adeleverlinden.bigcartel.com are designed and made manually, at a small scale and take their time. Although I usually have a stock, I might have to manufacture what you ordered specifically and shipping might be delayed, up to two weeks after your order is placed. If this is the case, I shall contact you and inform you about the situation as soon as I can.

CUSTOMS FEES / FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION :

Dependent on your country, you may have to pay customs and duties. Please make sure to check with your mail provider if this is the case before making an order, as the buyer is responsible for any fees. I wont be responsible for delays or fees due to customs. If you need help with any of this, send me a message and I will do my best to assist! If you refuse your parcel, any fees that are incurred will be deducted from your refund upon the order being returned to me.
